On April 15, 2016, DEİK and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry Madagascar (FCCIM) signed an agreement to establish DEİK/Türkiye-Madagascar Business Council. The Business Council organises business forums, delegation visits, meetings and seminars with the goal of advancing Türkiye's economic ties with the Democratic République de Madagascar.
