DEİK/Türkiye-Venezuela Business Council was established in 2012. In October 2016, the Chairman of the República Bolivariana de Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, paid an official visit to our country. It was the first visit of a Venezuelan Chairmanto Türkiye. The business relation between the two countries is focussed on social housing projects. In 2010, Türkiye and Venezuela signed an Energy Cooperation Treaty in Ankara.
